[ 01. THE BUSINESS STAKE ]

The Commercial Challenge

Governments and private concessionaires in emerging markets struggle with opaque multi-decade infrastructure agreements, missing compliance records, and fragmented communications. The venture was founded to bring transparent, auditable governance to multi-million dollar Public-Private Partnerships (roads, energy, water). The business stake was immediate: the venture needed to prove the concept rapidly to institutional stakeholders, secure executive validation, and then transition without downtime into a bankable, high-security enterprise platform.

[ 03. THE ENGINEERING HURDLE ]

Breaking Points & Architectural Solutions

In Phase 1, we orchestrated Webflow, Memberstack, Airtable, and Make.com to validate the core user journey in record time. However, as deal volume scaled, low-code bottlenecks surfaced: 1. API rate limits on Airtable blocked multi-party uploads of large engineering dossiers. 2. Native Webflow form file sizes were capped at a fraction of standard legal contract sizes. 3. Multi-role RBAC required strictly isolated data layers with cryptographic audit logs. To overcome this, I engineered custom Cloudflare Workers to intercept heavy file payloads and stream them directly into Cloudflare R2, bypassing all native low-code upload limits. Then, in Phase 2, I led the clean architectural migration to a full-stack Next.js 14 + Supabase architecture with strict Row-Level Security (RLS).
